shcherbik.com and the automation associated with it are a private, single-user tool operated by one private individual for their own personal use. It is not a public service, it offers no accounts or sign-ups, and it is not available to other people.

2. Permitted use

Use is limited to the operator, acting on their own Google account, for their own purposes. Nobody else is authorised to use, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of this setup.

3. Google account access

Access to Google data is granted by the operator through Google's OAuth consent screen and is limited to the permissions granted there. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Sections of Google data the operator has not granted are not accessible.

4. No warranty

This site and the automation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the automation.

6. Availability and changes

The site and the automation may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page will reflect any change.

7. Privacy

How data is accessed, used, and stored is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Contact

This site has no public contact channel, mailing address, or support desk, and none is offered by these terms. Access questions are handled through the operator's own Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
